We never call her Vera which I thought would be a nice nickname for Verity, and even VJ is rarely used!

No worries on if she'll ever learn her given name, she will...every time she does something you don't want her to! I know it may be hard to imagine right now ever being upset with her...but believe me, she'll learn her first name, middle name, and last name!
It's like my Mom used to do...if I did something I wasn't supposed to, she'd holler out First, Middle, Last names and I knew I'd better hustle to wherever she was standing.
We've got nicknames for all the kids, but when Loch & Rinny get going, the full name disclosures come out! Then they know...!!!
